Sunsoomi (Sunsoo rice)

Iksan 『Sunsoomi』 is high-quality rice representing Iksan, cultivated with environmentally-friendly farming method. Cultivated using tasteful Ilmibyeo, Sunsoomi is of high-quality and delicious.

Seodongma (Seodong yam)

"Seodong" is the nickname of King Mu of Baekje when he was a little boy. Seodongma is a yam specially cultivated in Iksan's Agricultural Technology Center. The name "Seodongma" comes from the local love story of Seodong and Princess Sunhwa of Shilla. Seodong called in the children, gave them yam to sing a song about romance between him and Sunhwa, the event which led to their marriage.

Iksan Nalssinigoguma (Slim sweet potato)

Sweet potatoes raised in Iksan are sweeter than chestnut as it is raised in Iksan's yellow earth. Rich in fiber, vitamin, Calcium and Kalium, it is a perfect snack during wintertime.

Hwangtou (Yellow earth cattle)

Iksan cattle are raised eating grass of yellow earth, and its meat is rich in mineral and is high-quality.

Iksan Mireuk melon

Known for its sweetness and thick pulp, Iksan melon is one of the most delicious fruits in the nation.

Cherry tomato

Cherry tomatoes produced in Iksan usually cultivates "Koko" breed. With great taste and quality, Iksan cherry tomatoes are popular in not only Korea but also Japan.
