Namwonsa Temple Mireukjeon(Cultural Property no. 88)
- In Mireukjeon, Seokbul Jwasang is sitting on Banghyungdaejwa and the part of deletion was maintained.

Garam Lee Byunggi's birthplace(Local Monument no.6)
- This house is the birth place of Garam Lee Byeonggi(1891-1968) who Koreans literature researcher and sijo(Korean orthopedic poet) writer.
The house is built according to juxtaposition of late Joseon aristocrats' houses. A main building(Anchae) and a couple of other buildings(including sarangchae), and a pavilion remain.

Simgoksa Temple Daewungjeon(Cultural Heritage no. 87)
- The Simgoksa Temple Daewungjeon is built in 1819(Sunjo 19). But the Daewungjeon has recreated in 1986. The building's architecture style is iikgong, and gyeopcheoma and paljakjibung.
Yonganhyanggyo Daeseongjeon(Cultural Heritage no. 86)
- The Yonganhyanggyo is located at Iksan-si Yongan-myeon Gyodong-ri. And that is Soseolwi(小說位). That is dedicated Chinese 5 saints and 4 sages, and Korean 18 sages.
The History of Yongan Hyanggyo
- Originally built by King Gongyang of Goryeo in 1391, it was moved to the present location in the 16th year of King Taejong, Joseon Dynasty(1391).
It is said that Yongan Hyanggyo was originally in Jungsin-ri, Yongan-myeon apart from the present site in Goryeo King Gongyang 3 years(1391) and then was moved and rebuilt as now in Joseon Taejong 16 years(1416). Around 1927, all of the buildings were burnt except Daeseongjeon in 1927 and then Yongan elementary school was built there.

House of Kim Angyun
- A house built with a mix of late Joseon aristocrat's style and Japanese style, the house serves as a good source to research the house structure of the late Joseon period
Traditional Upper-class House 'Kim Angyun House'
This building is not old but, the size of the house is largest in Jeonbuk. In addition to the size, it is difficult to find a house like this in terms of used materials and efforts spent to cut and trim it.

Hwasan Catholic Church
- Nabawi Catholic Church was built to commemorate that Kim Daegeon catholic priest was ordinated in China and landed at Naruteo, Hwangsan with Ferrol bishop and Daveluy catholic priest. It is designated as Holy land by the Catholic Church in Korea and this building is early catholic church which harmonizes the western Catholic church and Korean architecture style well, judging from entering of Catholics in Korea and its development process. Due to these historic and architectural style, Nabawi Catholic Church is designated as State-designated cultural property(historic No. 318).
Highlights of Nabawi Catholic Church!
- Nabawi Catholic Church has some sights as national Catholic sacred sites. First one is Catholic priest Kim Daegeon sungyobi. Catholic priest Kim Daegeon sungyobi was built In 100th martyrdom anniversary of Catholic priest Kim Daegeon. Second attraction is Manggeumjung. Manggeumjung means to 'wish beauty' and is a gazebo that Beromorel catholic priest built to commemorate the first Daegugyogujang, Deumangjeu bishop.

Newborn Temple of United Shilla Era, Munsusa Temple
- Munsusa is located on Chunho mountain, Yeosan-myeon which is entrance from Chungcheong-do to Jeolla-do. Since ancient times, Cheonhosan mountain had great dignity as the holy land where Munsu·Bohyeon·Gwaneum appeared and this Munsusa was regarded as holy land of Munsubosal who relieves pain and worry and shines bright light of wisdom as wishes

- Baekunsa which is the largest temple of Iksan is located near Munsusa.

Place to Perform a Religious Service For Gongja , Hamyeolhyanggyo Daeseongjeon
- Hamyeolhyanggyo is located toward east south turning its back on Hamra mountain, Hamyeol-ri, Hamra-myeon.
This Hyanggyo performs a religious service for five saints and four sages of China and 18-sage of Korea.
The History of Hamyeolhyanggyo
- According to Hamyeolhyanggyo booklet, it is said that Hamyeolhyanggyo was built in Gammul Ahhyun(Present Yongsan) Sejong 19 year, Joseon Dynasty(1437) and then moved to Geumgok 1km apart from the present Hamra in Sunjo 24 year, Joseon Dynasty(1591) but all buildings were burnt because of Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592.

Registered Cultural Property No. 178 Department of Livestock building
- Iri School of Agriculture & Forestry, Iksan-gu
This building is an old school building in Madong, Iksan city, Jeollabuk-do.
It is designated as Registered Cultural Property No. 178 on June 18, 2005.
It has a symbolic value in terms of only building left of Irie School of Agriculture & Forestry.
The oldest building in Iksan Campus, Jeonbuk University
- Department of Livestock building, Irie School of Agriculture & Forestry, Iksan-gu is the oldest building at Iksan campus, Jeonbuk university and gives the impression of traveling back 80 years when just seeing.
Iksan Gisebae-nori(play)
- Iksan Gisebae-nori(play) is one of the representative plays in Jeonbuk region. Gisebae is the play which represents agriculture culture and a fork game of Jeongwol daeboreum drawing back Mahan and Baekje era.

Song of Iksan mokbal
- Mokbal norae is the set of 6 songs such as Santaryeong, Deungjimnorae, Jigaemokbalnorae, Jakdaegitaryeong, Dungdanggitaryeong and Sangsasori.
Mokbalnorae has several beats and tunes because it is different from when woodsman has a heavy burden, a light burden or nothing.
